Kylie Dicieri is a Director and Senior Audiologist of Hearing Aid Specialists SA. She graduated with a Certificate IV in Audiometry in 2003 from TAFE NSW, she obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (double major in Marketing & International Business) at Flinders University in 2007, and graduated with a Masters of Audiology at Flinders University in 2009.

Kylie is a government accredited Senior Audiologist holding a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Hearing Services Program (HSP). She has practiced as a Clinician for 16 years in the Hearing Care Industry in South Australia, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Kylie holds Fellowship of the Australian College of Audiology (ACAud), and has been a member of ACAud since 2002. She also is registered as an Accredited Audiologist with Audiology Australia (AudA), and has been a member of AudA since 2009.

Damien Dicieri is a Director and Senior Audiometrist of Hearing Aid Specialists SA. He graduated with a Certificate IV in Audiometry in 2002 from TAFE NSW, and graduated with a Bachelor of Audiometry in 2012 from University of New England.

Damien is a government accredited Senior Audiometrist holding a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Hearing Services Program (HSP). He has practiced as a Clinician for 17 years in the Hearing Care Industry in South Australia, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Damien holds Full Membership of the Australian College of Audiology (ACAud), and has been a member of ACAud since 2003.

Sara first qualified as a hearing aid dispenser in 1987 in the UK, and then became a Member of the Hearing Aid Council in 1988. In 2004, after a break from audiology, she qualified with the British Academy of Audiology and worked for the National Health Service until she emigrated to Australia in 2009.

Sara is a government accredited Audiometrist holding a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Hearing Services Program. She has practised as a clinician for over 21 years in the Hearing Care industry in the UK and in Adelaide for the last 10 years. Sara holds full membership of the Australian College of Audiology.

Carla has lived in Australia since January 2021, when she moved from Brazil with her husband, now making Adelaide their new home. Carla has a professional background in healthcare since 2009, working in a hospital for 6 years and then 5 years being part of the hearing services of an outpatient clinic in Brazil, before relocating to Adelaide, she has always been interested in looking after people’s wellbeing. Carla is always willing to help everyone, especially people looking for a better quality of life to communicate better with their loved ones.

Kimberlie has a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and a Master of Audiology. She graduated from Flinders University in 2004 and has worked as a clinician in South Australia for over 20 years, providing hearing solutions and support to adults. Kimberlie is a government accredited audiologist holding a Qualified Practitioner (QP) number with the Hearing Services Program and is an Accredited Audiologist with Audiology Australia.

Tracy started as a 16 yrs old straight out of business college at Angus & Coote Hearing Care Centre and worked there for 8 ½ years as a Customer Service Officer/Clinician. She then moved across to Hearing Aid Specialists SA where she worked for 4yrs as a Customer Service Officer before coming a mum to a beautiful daughter. Tracy did several part time jobs and once her daughter started school began working in a Childcare centre and was there for 5 yrs where she completed a diploma whilst working fulltime. Tracy then started with L J Hooker Corporate for 8 yrs working as a Regional Customer Officer with 51 offices in SA/NT, then moved on working with L J Hooker Modbury/Walkerville as a Property Manager for 4 yrs. Tracy is now back with Hearing Aid Specialists as and has been working as the Client Service Officer at our Ingle Farm Branch since it opened in 2017. Tracy is loving working back in the industry and will be here till she retires.

Outside of work, Elisha enjoys riding her horse, taking her dog for walks, photography and spending time with her partner.

Outside of work, Tracy has recently had the pleasure of adding Nanny T to her resume. She is looking forward to plenty of walks with her grandbaby to their beautiful local beaches for baby chinos.

Michelle has four children – two of her own and two stepchildren – who are now all adults and have left the nest. She is now blessed with a beautiful granddaughter.

Outside of work, Michelle has a passion for car racing and organising car events. In recent years, she has organised a number of major events and has won awards recognising her work.
